Meet Holli Baker, RN, LNC

I’m a Registered Nurse with 20 years of clinical and consultative experience.

For 10 years, I worked on a specialized pediatric unit that housed multiple disciplines—including trauma, post-operative surgical care, orthopedics, endocrinology, and neurology. This unique environment gave me a deep understanding of how complex pediatric conditions are managed across specialties, and how clinical decisions are documented throughout the continuum of care.

I later transitioned into case management for a major insurance provider, where I reviewed medical records and coordinated care for geriatric nursing home patients. That role refined my ability to identify care gaps, assess standards of practice, and evaluate outcomes based on documentation alone.
